Audemars Piguet 5063 Lamar

It's a large "Cioccolatone" case that's more closely associated with Vacheron, but AP used it in a few watches, too. I showed it to Vivas of AP, and he said it's probably a ref. 5063 produced in no more than 10 examples. It's powered by AP's 13VZ movement, a large movement that was usually used in complicated watches (like the prior chronographs), but sometimes modded to create super-precise time-only calibers.
